  • We will provide an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), a fibre patch cord and a LAN cable. Installation of the ONT will be performed by our installation team, so don’t worry about it. 

    1. An Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is the device that connects your home to the fibre network. It converts the fibre signal into data your Wi-Fi router can use, giving you fast and reliable internet. Our installers will go to your home to help with the installation of the ONT and ensure you can get connected to the internet.  

    2. To fully enjoy 10Gbps speeds, you’ll need: 

      • A 10G-capable router 
      • Devices with 10G Ethernet ports or Wi-Fi 6/6E support 
      • CAT6A or higher LAN cables 

      We will provide an Optical Network Terminal (ONT), a fibre patch cord and a LAN cable.

    3. If the ONT is faulty, contact our support team for assistance. Replacement or service charges may apply if the damage is not due to normal wear and tear.

    4. If your ONT or fibre patch cord is faulty within the contract period, you may request a 1-for-1 replacement at any eight telecom Service Center (subject to terms). Routers provided by us are supported by the original manufacturer warranty.
