Yes! Our service follows a Bring Your Own Router (BYOR) model, so you can use any router you prefer. Just make sure your router supports 10Gbps speeds to enjoy the best network performance. 

You may choose to use your existing Optical Network Router (ONR). However, please be aware that compatibility with our Optical Network Terminal (ONT) cannot be guaranteed, which may result in issues when setting up your Home Internet service.

Yes, purchase of the router is after the sign-up process, and we have many routers for your selection! When our installer calls you for your installation, just tell them that you need a router and they will do the rest!

You can purchase the following routers with your ONT installer, subjected to availability:

Yes! Eero routers are mesh Wi-Fi systems. For the mesh system to work, both the router and the mesh must be from Eero. 

A maximum of 4 routers is allowed per customer, and our installers will help you to fix it all up!
